Hello, I’m Agnieszka – but everyone calls me Aga.

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, a mother of two daughters, a wife, and a woman who knows what it means to carry too much for too long.

For many years, I have worked in an international corporate environment, managing complex projects and carrying a great deal of responsibility.

For many years, I have been closely connected with Japanese culture through my work in a Japanese company. This daily contact has given me a deep appreciation for its simplicity, care, respect and quiet beauty.

Apart from being a certified Reiki Master, I completed a law degree at Kozminski University in Warsaw and hold a certificate in Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.

My Journey with Reiki

My journey with Reiki began during one of the most difficult periods of my life.

At first, Reiki became a practice that helped me slow down, listen to myself and move through grief with greater awareness. Over time, it became part of a much deeper journey alongside therapy.

I did not move through the Reiki levels quickly. Each stage was followed by months of practice, reflection and integration. I needed time to experience Reiki for myself, not only to learn the techniques.

There was also a period when I stepped away from regular practice. Life became full of work, family responsibilities and the constant feeling that I had to keep going. When the pressure and exhaustion became impossible to ignore, I returned to Reiki. This return felt different. It was slower, more grounded and more honest. I felt as though I had nothing left to give.

I needed space to pause, reconnect with my needs and begin trusting my own rhythm again.

Today, Reiki is a practice of presence, awareness and returning to myself again and again. I am deeply grateful that Reiki is part of my life.

My Approach as a Reiki Teacher

I teach Reiki in a grounded and responsible way.

My role is not to give you all the answers or to make you dependent on me. It is to offer clear foundations, create a safe space for learning and support you in developing trust in your own experience.

Mindfulness

Reiki is not only a set of techniques. It is also a philosophy and a way of living with greater awareness.

The Gokai principles are an important part of this path. They invite us to practise calm, honesty, gratitude, kindness and mindful presence in everyday life.

For me, learning Reiki also means learning how to listen to yourself, respect your own boundaries and make more conscious choices in the way you live.

Solid Foundations

We begin with clear principles, practical knowledge and regular practice. I believe that confidence grows through experience, not through rushing from one level to the next.

Self-Trust

I support you in building trust in your own practice. My intention is for you to feel increasingly independent, grounded and able to practise in your own rhythm.

Ethics and Responsibility

Clear boundaries, respect, honesty and responsible language are essential to my work.

No Guru Approach

I do not teach from a position of authority over your inner experience. I offer guidance, structure and support, while leaving space for your own reflection and understanding.

Willkommen in Your Inner World
